a message from kp
It has been a long journey. 20 years to be precise. I began the journey at World Gym, spotting weightlifters and cleaning up the equipment. This started the progression to where I am today, a licensed physical therapist and a certified strength and conditioning coach, with many different hats. I have worked in every setting imaginable from hospitals, to medical practices, to warehouse gyms, to professional sports teams, to sports medicine clinics, and luxury health clubs. So I have seen the good, the bad, and the ugly. Which is where the idea for KP was born. I saw the need for a comprehensive approach, where one practitioner had the education, experience, and credentials to address all the clients needs, i.e.: injury rehabilitation, fitness and performance, massage and manual therapy, sport specific training, and cardiorespiratory fitness in a completely private setting. Not just one-on-one appointments, a one-on-one facility. With every aspect of performance and wellness addressed. This creates the perfect setting to expose the client’s true potential. Potential they have never seen before. They can accomplish much more without the distractions of additional staff and clients. This affords the client the ability to absorb the curriculum and learn how to create his or her own program. So when the client leaves, they leave with the knowledge to modify and create sensible programs for themselves.
It been a privilege to create and share KP, and I look forward to sharing it with you.
